When I first moved into my house- I researched pet doors. I installed a cheap one to see how much the dogs would use it and the installer suggested Hale. At the time, I wasn’t ready to commit to the cost of Hale but if you were like me, let me save you some time and money- just invest in a Hale dog door. I now have two, in wall, double flap dog doors and I am amazed how well they keep the weather out. The cheap dog door I first had installed let the heat or cold in (I live in Las Vegas so it gets hot and even chilly in the winter) but the best thing is we get very high winds- the old dog door couldn’t stand up to the wine, but I have had zero issue with Hale- the flaps don’t budge with the high winds and the room stays whatever temp you have the thermometer set at. I am still working on getting one of my dogs comfortable using it but the others have had no issues. Highly recommend Hale dog doors and pet pro supply had the best price with their new customer discount.

I have two cats that got between two boxes. One with a hood and one without. I thought I would try this. It's been two weeks without a change of litter. The pee pad fits fine and isn't an issue. They still kick out litter but it doesn't seem as bad. I'd give it a try if your are thinking of making a switch. Less smell for sure.

Car kennels are really important, but expensive. We decided on a Ruffland and This website had them the cheapest. I had purchased another one from ll bean and regret not getting it from here.
They told me it’d take 6 weeks to come from this website but it came in 4 days!

I purchased this kennel specifically for the side door and it’s sturdy structure. My dog was unable to enter through the center door and get turned easily. I began the return process on 3/14 and still am not closer to getting it shipped. I attempted and the cost was 352.78 which is almost the same price as I paid for the crate. I contact the seller on 4/3 asking for suggestions because I know they didn’t pay that much to get it me. I also asked if they could send a return tag and add that cost to my restocking fee. I received a response that my email was received and someone would get back to me. I still haven’t heard from them.

This ramp is sturdy and well made. SUPER easy telescoping allows for quick set up and take down. Lightweight and easy to handle. Couldn’t ask for a better way to load my 100 pound Lab into the pickup. He never hesitates, just runs right up and down. Great product! Would DEFINITELY buy again or recommend to friends with dogs and pickups…..which there are a lot of around us since we are farmers!

A great crate that fits nicely in the back seat of my car and my dogs can see out of. I love the fact that the crate is seamless and you can take the doors off the crate for easy cleaning. I would highly recommend this crate to people for safety and convenience.

Previously using Lister Star clippers for my Icelandic horses and warmblood. Switching to the Double K was a game changer. No more hot blades to slow me down and personally I’m finding the clip to be much smoother. Spend the extra $ on a long cord, I wish I would have.

This product made me so happy! I don't know why something like this hasn't been available sooner. My home is now clean and spacious where the messy litter box used to set. We now have the Privy kitty popped outside near our exterior garbage can, where it is convenient to toss out the duties.
Our indoor cats go in and out quickly with out leaving the house. Good quality and durable.

I love my dryer, but I have broke it off where the hose fitting connects to the dryer. How can I get it repaired?

I did order this product and after some time I was told they did not have this product in stock and did not know when it would be. So I never got the product. However the contact from the people was courteous and somewhat timely in their replies
